Job Title: Technical Trainer (Contractual / Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer with expertise in Full Stack Development using Python and the MERN stack. This position is available on a contractual basis (6 months to 1 year) or full-time, with immediate deployment based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and developing training materials tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on Full Stack Development using Python and MERN stack.
• Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and seminars for trainees.
• Customize training content to align with project-specific requirements.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development.
• Collaborate with project managers to align training schedules with deployment timelines.
• Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Support the development of e-learning modules and digital training content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Full Stack Development using Python and MERN stack.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.

Contract Details

This position is available on a contractual basis for a duration of 6 months to 1 year, or as a full-time role. Deployment will be immediate based on project requirements. Terms and conditions of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.
