About the Role:

Technical Support Executive

first-level technical support for



Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user queries and provide

    first-level technical support

    for CRM via

    email, chat, or phone

  • Assist with configuring and maintaining core CRM modules such as

    Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, and Tasks

  • Troubleshoot common user-level issues related to

    workflow automation, assignment rules, validation rules, and permission settings

  • Escalate complex issues to the senior support or technical development team with appropriate documentation
  • Perform regular

    data quality checks

    to ensure system accuracy and consistency
  • Support onboarding of new CRM users by setting up roles, profiles, and basic training
  • Create and maintain

    knowledge base articles, user guides, and FAQs

    to document recurring issues and solutions
  • Monitor feature updates and enhancements released by Zoho and assist in implementing relevant changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, AC.Mentor,Support) to gather feedback and improve the CRM experience



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications

    , or a related discipline
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic understanding of

    CRM platforms

    , preferably Zoho CRM (training will be provided)
  • Strong analytical thinking and

    problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using

    Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

    and other web-based applications
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work setup
  • Must have access to a

    reliable internet connection

    and a

    personal laptop/PC

    that meets the minimum system requirements



Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with

    Zoho CRM

    or other CRM platforms such as

    Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshworks

  • Basic understanding of business functions such as

    Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service

  • Exposure to SaaS products, cloud-based platforms, or technical support functions
