Job Summary:

We are hiring an Technical Support Executive to manage the company’s technical infrastructure, provide internal support, and ensure seamless functioning of all hardware, software, and online systems used across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support to internal staff (hardware, software, email, and network)
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, printers, routers, and servers
• Troubleshoot system issues and respond to technical support requests promptly
• Manage user access across platforms (email, CRM, LMS, cloud apps, etc.)
• Monitor data backups, antivirus systems, and basic cyber security practices
• Coordinate with the tech team and vendors for escalated issues or system upgrades
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and generate reports on usage/performance
• Support live sessions or webinars by setting up AV and streaming equipment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or help desk administration
• Proficiency in Windows, basic networking, office tools, and cloud apps
• Familiarity with CRM/LMS platforms (e.g., TeleCRM, Learnyst, Google Workspace) preferred
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
