Address and resolve tickets raised by clients for technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Assist in designing and implementing effective software solutions. Track user tickets and ensure timely resolutions. Coordinate with the development team for any new feature requirements. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication skills. A proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and process improvement. Basic knowledge of programming concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
