About The Role We are seeking a passionate and technically proficient Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Vadodara. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support across projects and learning initiatives. You will work closely with development and training teams to elevate technical capabilities and ensure the adoption of best practices. Key Responsibilities Act as a technical mentor for development teams, guiding them through best practices, coding standards, and architecture decisions. Provide deep expertise in technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js, AWS/Azure, and the MEAN/MERN stack. Collaborate with internal teams to create, review, and refine technical training modules and course content. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and technical bootcamps. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and assist in solution design and implementation. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and introduce innovative solutions to the team. Required Skills And Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using ReactJS and Node.js. Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS or Azure). Experience with MEAN/MERN stack development. Solid understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in training, mentoring, or technical education. Experience in designing curriculum or courseware for tech-based learning programs. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simplified and engaging manner.
