Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Surat. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Daily tasks will include posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Relevant experience in the IT sector is a plus
• Must be hired in the MERN Stack domain
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
