About the Role:

We are expanding our team to meet a surge in new project requirements and are seeking multiple proactive Offshore Technical Recruiters. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent, with a focus on efficient interview scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify IT/Engineering candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct detailed screening calls to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews among candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain and update candidate records.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to the candidates.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of technical recruiting.
• Demonstrated success with interview scheduling and coordination.
• Excellent communication.
• Proficient with common job platforms and sourcing tools.
