Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the pre-sales team to analyze client requirements and assess project feasibility from a technical standpoint.
• Participate in client calls, discovery workshops, and technical discussions to understand their business goals and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Create comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW), technical documentation, and detailed project milestones with timelines and deliverables.
• Define and document user flows, wireframes, and functionality breakdowns in collaboration with UI/UX and engineering teams.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of technical proposals and ensure alignment with client expectations and internal capabilities.
• Serve as the technical liaison between clients, sales, and development teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and timelines.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
• Provide technical insight and guidance to developers and assist in resolving roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients on technical progress, dependencies, risks, and changes in scope.
• Support QA and UAT processes to ensure final deliveries meet all technical and business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a software development company.
• Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge of Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Laravel, and Python.
• Proficient in drafting technical documents, user flows, wireframes, and proposals.
• Experience working closely with pre-sales/sales teams and understanding client-oriented solutioning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead client meetings and technical discussions.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Figma, Miro, GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, risk analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously.
