Profile / Role Description - This Role is a blended role of Project Manager and Product Manager for candidates with technical experience looking to move into Project or Product Management. As a part of this role, candidates will contribute technical expertise through architecture and solution designing towards building products in the Financial Services Domain (BFSI). This role is expected to have the following components ...

• 60% technical contribution through architecture and solution designing, code reviews, improvement of technology best practices and more.
• 30% project management and interfacing with business stakeholders to understand and design solutions. (eg: Breakdown of features into Implementation Milestones)
• 10% operations management for the team (Eg: Leave Management, Bandwidth Management, etc)

Other Qualifications Criteria for Shortlisting of Candidates

• Educational Qualification - B.Sc/M.Sc IT, B.Tech/M.Tech Computer Engg, BCA/MCA
• Years of Experience as Programmer or Individual Contributor - 3-5 Years
• Domain Expertise - Experience in Banking Sector or Financial Services is non-mandatory
• Technical Expertise - Experience in our Tech Stack is mandatory in prior experience. Experience as a Full Stack Developer (Backend & Frontend) is a plus.

Ideal Candidate - With the qualification criteria above, Candidate should be looking to grow into more of a Project Manager / Product Manager Role after 3-5 years of programming/coding experience in an individual contributor capacity. Candidate should have a knack for self-learning, a strong affinity to implementing best practices in technology development, and a keen eye for detail in implementation and execution.Good to Have

• Experience of building a Product in Financial Services Banking and/or FinTech) in India.
• Experience of working and building a Product at a Startup
• Active Github Profile with Public/Open Source Contributions
• Experience working across multiple stacks and/or development frameworks
• Experience in building API-first applications and services
• Experience in working with International Clients or Global Products & Services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
