We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Marathi and passionate about connecting with people. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in HR and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements Conduct telephonic interviews (primarily in Marathi and English) Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports Assist in onboarding and induction processes Provide timely feedback to candidates Communicate effectively with candidates, especially Marathi-speaking applicants Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or any related field Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good interpersonal and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow in the field of HR Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
