Job description Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator Experience: 0–1+ Years Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Department: Project Management / Technical Operations Candidate:- Female candidate preferred *Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have some experience or have up to 1 year of experience in project coordination or a similar role, with a keen interest in technology and project management. * Key Responsibilities: -Assist Project Managers in the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. -Coordinate between cross-functional teams (technical, design, QA, and client teams) to ensure smooth project progress. -Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. -Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and risk logs. -Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to relevant stakeholders. -Support in preparing client presentations, reports, and documentation. -Manage project communication and follow-ups internally and externally. -Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to monitor project status. *Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. -0–1 year of experience in a project coordination, IT support, or technical assistant role (internship experience can be considered). -Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management concepts. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. *Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): -Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. -Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana. -Technical background or basic coding knowledge is an advantage.
