JOB SUMMARY:


The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves close collaboration with design teams, customers, and stakeholders in the USA and Europe, serving as the primary technical point of contact. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical expertise in electronics/electrical engineering, and excellent communication abilities to engage with international customers across different time zones.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Project Management

    : Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning and scheduling to delivery, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives. Managing Global Projects, regular meeting with US customers.
  • Project Scheduling

    : Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, coordinating resources and milestones to meet deadlines.
  • Customer Engagement

    : Act as the primary customer-facing representative for technical discussions, addressing queries and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Technical Documentation

    : Create and manage essential documentation, including Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), to support project deliverables and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Work closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and technical alignment.
  • Global Coordination

    : Engage with customers in the USA and Europe, demonstrating flexibility to accommodate meetings across international time zones.
  • Quality Assurance

    : Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards and customer expectations.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience

    :
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, including successful execution of projects in energy, electronics, or related technology sectors.
  • At least 2 years of experience interacting with customers, managing technical discussions, and building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of design processes and methodologies (e.g., DFMEA) is a strong plus.
  • Skills

    :
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English for effective interaction with international customers.
  • Technical knowledge in electronics/electrical systems, with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones.
  • Preferred

    :
  • Experience with energy systems, electronic components, or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for technology products.
