Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead, located in New Delhi. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI-based solutions, managing technical projects, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Additional responsibilities include conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AI development, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
• Experience with software development methodologies and project management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing technical projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field is preferred
