Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Technical Lead. The Technical Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing technical projects, leading a team of software developers, and ensuring the successful implementation of Microsoft technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include project planning, code review, technical troubleshooting, and coordinating with clients and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and solutions.

Qualifications

Experience with Dynamics 365 Solutions, Power Platform, Cloud Solutions, and AI integration
Proficient in system design, implementation, and end-to-end project management
Strong leadership skills and experience in leading technical teams
Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication and coordination skills
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
