Technical Lead – Full Stack (Java + Angular) Location: Ahmedabad, Pune, Gandhinagar Experience: 9+ years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead – Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Webservices, Spring Data, Hibernate, and Jasper Reports . The ideal candidate will lead technical projects, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular . Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 9+ years of experience in software development. Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Hibernate, JasperReports . Strong understanding of front-end and back-end frameworks . Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills . Preferred Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines . Familiarity with Agile methodologies . Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Why Join Us?
