Job Title: Senior Consultant Mendix Location: TechM Hyd HIC SEZ T2(4 5F) Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with extensive experience in Mendix to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions using Mendix, along with strong analytical and problem solving skills. This role requires a deep understanding of Mendix development, project management, and client engagement to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead and manage Mendix based projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Design, develop, and implement Mendix applications that meet client specifications. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on Mendix best practices and methodologies. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and team members on Mendix functionalities. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Mendix solutions with existing systems. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals. Stay updated with the latest Mendix features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Mendix development and deployment. Proven experience in managing end to end Mendix projects. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of integration techniques with other platforms and technologies. Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies. Experience in mentoring and training junior consultants. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 15 years of relevant experience in consultancy, with a focus on Mendix. Mendix certification is highly desirable. Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
