OVERALL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Deliverables- Creating & managing reports on a daily, weekly monthly basis. Working within Excel to mine data Updating of employee data into assigned portals Provide any ad-hoc reports/analysis as requested General Deliverables Coordinate with multiple sources to meet deliverables in timely manner Engage with the business owner and other support functions in seeking effective and efficient problem resolution with the objective to implement long term permanent solutions. Responsible for ensuring departmental procedures are properly maintained and kept up to date. Seek to continually drive process improvement initiatives within the department and oversee their timely implementation. Experience : Fresher Shift:- 12.30Pm to 9.30PM(UK Shift) EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : MBA in HR
