Work closely with founders, hiring managers, and interview panels to understand and refine hiring needs
Craft compelling outreach messages, build talent pipelines, and create WOW candidate experiences
Use ATS tools, referrals, networks, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates
Coordinate and enhance employer branding efforts across platforms (LinkedIn, tech forums, etc.)
Hands-on experience working in lean HR or Talent teams (<150 org size preferred)
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Recruitee, or Zoho Recruit)
Hustle mindset with excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter with high ownership and ability to multitask in fast-moving setups
Basic understanding of tech stacks, job descriptions, and what makes engineers tick
High autonomy and visibility with leadership and founders
