Role Overview

Tech Recruiter

sourcing, engaging, evaluating, and closing

Key Responsibilities

  • end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  • Work closely with founders, hiring managers, and interview panels to understand and refine hiring needs

  • Craft compelling outreach messages, build talent pipelines, and create WOW candidate experiences

  • Use ATS tools, referrals, networks, and creative channels to find exceptional candidates

  • Coordinate and enhance employer branding efforts across platforms (LinkedIn, tech forums, etc.)

Requirements

What We're Looking For

A go-getter (who get results in spite of inevitable challenges and setbacks), detail oriented, organized (can manage all recruitment programs by self), and take pride in delivering results
  • 3–6 years

  • closing 40+ offers/year

  • Hands-on experience working in lean HR or Talent teams (<150 org size preferred)

  • startup hiring dynamics

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Recruitee, or Zoho Recruit)

  • Hustle mindset with excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

  • Self-starter with high ownership and ability to multitask in fast-moving setups

Good to Have
