We specialize in creating Martech stacks to collect and use first-party data, improving customer acquisition across all conversion channels, helping create powerful digital assets, and developing data-based marketing strategies for marketing support agencies to drive measurable outcomes. We’re looking to onboard a mid-to-senior level consultant with proven experience in managing tech-driven projects. This person will work closely with you and act as a key interface between multiple teams, including Digital Product, Website, Martech, Marketing, and Development vendors. Key Responsibilities: Strong coordination across internal teams (Tech, Digital, Marketing) and external vendors Journey mapping and BRD creation (where possible) End-to-end project management, tracking, and reporting (weekly and on-demand) The profile should be comfortable briefing stakeholders and driving execution across functions Board-level communication skills; must present well and navigate both tech and business conversations High priority: Experience with loyalty program integrations/projects Collaborating with UI/UX teams to execute work effectively Tech/Product Understanding Required: API and system integration knowledge Ability to map system payloads and understand integration logic Website journey optimization (Eg., login flows, offer placements, etc.) Use case: Neu Points integration for Taj gift card purchase Forthcoming projects include Tier Match, Points Swap, etc. Current Platform Ecosystem: PMS: Oracle Opera POS: Oracle Symphony (and others for Spa) CEP: Netcore CX System: Gravity (Oracle Partner) Loyalty Management: Capillary (used by Tata Digital) Data Lake: Oracle and others.
