Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: TechM Pune Hinjewadi Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and microservices architecture, with a passion for writing high performance, well tested code. You will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing lightweight microservices, and ensuring the delivery of robust backend services that cater to our customers' needs. Responsibilities Write high performance, well tested code that will be utilized by millions of users. Design and implement simple, lightweight microservices that can be independently deployed. Document development processes and code in a manner that is useful and accessible, adhering to established documentation standards. Mentor and share knowledge with junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Deliver a coherent backend architecture, providing APIs and services for internal portals and external clients. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, and actively bring new ideas to the team. Mandatory Skills Proficient in Java 11 and its ecosystem. Strong experience with API and Microservices architecture and design patterns. Hands on experience with Apigee Development Portal and integration. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding a team of developers. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies. Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and teams effectively. Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
