Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Software Developer Location: TechM Chennai Years of Experience: 7 -10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Sitecore Development to join our dynamic team at TechM Chennai . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on delivering high quality solutions using Sitecore. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Sitecore based applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Sitecore solutions that meet business needs. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Maintain and enhance existing Sitecore applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest Sitecore features and best practices, and apply them to improve development processes. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Debug and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Sitecore Development, including Sitecore CMS, Sitecore MVC, and Sitecore APIs. Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET. Experience with front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Solid understanding of database technologies, particularly SQL Server. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Sitecore SXA (Sitecore Experience Accelerator). Knowledge of Sitecore Helix principles and architecture. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Sitecore. Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
