We are looking for a Team Manager with 10+ years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story. As a Team Manager, you will have an opportunity to shape an emerging team of DevOps, Problem Management, Incident management and application monitoring that supports multiple products sold to European companies. Your workday and Tasks: Drive team engagement and productivity, ensuring a positive work environment and a cohesive team dynamic. Lead the India operations and compliance team in Team Operations as a part of the Business Unit Retail & Wholesale Support and Operations. Serve as a people manager for the local team, coordinating closely with European counterparts and supporting the Operations manager. Act as the single point of contact during major incidents, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams. Conduct post-incident reviews, document findings, and follow up on corrective actions and collaborate with Problem Management teams across countries. Develop and oversee the Knowledge Management framework. Ensure the creation, maintenance, and optimization of knowledge articles, FAQs, and best practices. Ensure 24/7 coverage of team by managing schedules, rotations, and escalations on exceptional circumstances. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, focusing on individual growth and development with the support of an allocated budget. Actively identify and address skill gaps, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning. We are Searching for a Profile who has: A Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of experience managing a team. Good understanding of the ITIL-framework methodologies. Proven experience managing incident bridges and handling crisis situations. ITIL v3/v4 Certification (preferred). Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, EasIT, Jira). Good to have: Experience in cloud-based infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure, etc.). Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies. Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation platforms.
