Team Leader

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to guide, mentor, and manage a high-performing team within our [department]. Handle escalations and resolve internal or external issues proactively. Stay up-to-date with EdTech trends and bring innovative ideas to improve team output. --- Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field 1-2 years of experience in EdTech or a similar fast-paced digital environment. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong understanding of the EdTech industry and customer/student needs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
