About the Role: Designation: Team Leader – Inside Sales What you will be doing: Roles and Responsibility: ● Team Leadership: Lead and manage the inside sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, ensuring a positive working environment. ● Sales Process Management: Oversee and optimize the inside sales process from lead generation to closure. Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. ● Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse individual and team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback. Implement performance improvement plans and recognize and reward high-performing team members. ● Sales Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing coaching and training to the inside sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities. Facilitate regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. ● Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate team goals, performance updates, and forecasts to key stakeholders. Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, team achievements, and challenges. ● Sales Target Achievement: Work closely with the inside sales team to achieve specific revenue and sales targets.
