Job Description

  • Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with reporting managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media (e.g., Naukri LinkedIn, X), employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the organizations employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other platforms to attract top talent.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and company policies.
  • Onboarding Support: Partner with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
  • Works primarily in an office environment, with occasional travel for vendor meetings, bank visits, or training purposes.
  • Requires flexibility to handle urgent HR or operational issues outside regular hours via calls or communications.
  • Operates in a small business setting, necessitating a broad scope of responsibilities beyond traditional HR and Operations roles.
  • Responsibilities may be added or removed based on the candidate’s profile and organizational needs.
  • Reports to senior management, managing tasks such as personal records, financial tax returns, bank work, cash withdrawals, personal tasks, and scheduling appointments.
  • Role may vary by industry (e.g., manufacturing, tech, healthcare) and company size, with small businesses requiring a broader scope.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are critical due to the dual focus on people and processes.
  • May require temporarily filling in for vacant positions as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
