Job Title: Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager at NAVIS Human Resources Pvt Ltd, you will manage both internal and external recruitment, drive recruitment strategies, oversee a team, and handle client/vendor management to ensure successful candidate placements and recruitment growth. Key Responsibilities:  End-to-End Recruitment Management: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for both internal positions and external client requirements, from sourcing to onboarding.  Vendor Management & Client Engagement: Oversee vendor empanelment and expand external recruitment channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and recruitment vendors. Drive revenue growth through client partnerships.  Bilingual Hiring Expertise: Utilize your experience in bilingual hiring to source, screen, and place candidates proficient in languages like Japanese, German, Korean, and others, according to client specifications.  Strategic Sourcing & Hiring: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for client specific positions and internal hiring, ensuring high-quality candidate placement.  Team Leadership: Manage and guide the internal recruitment team, delegating tasks and prioritizing high-importance roles. Ensure internal positions are filled efficiently with minimal disruption.  Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and adjust sourcing strategies for both internal and client roles.  Recruitment Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and monitor recruitment activities, providing leadership and stakeholders with status updates on ongoing hiring initiatives.  Performance Metrics: Implement performance tracking metrics for recruitment activities, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement for both internal and external hiring.  Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to employment laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices at all stages of the recruitment process.  Team Meetings & Strategy Discussions: Lead team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies, challenges, and outcomes. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and recruitment success.  Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the candidate experience.
