Role & responsibilities Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with reporting managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies. Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media (e.g., Naukri LinkedIn, X), employee referrals, and networking events. Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding: Promote the organizations employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other platforms to attract top talent. Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports. Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and company policies. Onboarding Support: Partner with HR teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
