About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract and hire the best talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for defining job requirements, profiling ideal candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process. This role is critical in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent by developing effective talent acquisition strategies.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication).
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Use job boards, social networks, and other platforms to source potential candidates.
  • Implement new sourcing methods and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation and contractual agreements with new hires.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the hiring process.
  • Conduct job market and best practice research to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
  • Manage an efficient onboarding process to ensure new hires’ successful integration into the company.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in high volume recruiting for the USA.
  • Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employment branding.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with various sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Experience



  • Minimum of 8 years of US Recruitment industry experience, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
  • Experience leading recruitment team with focus on helping scale the organization in order to meet its growth objectives.
