Join our Team About this opportunity: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive TA Operations Manager to oversee and optimize key Talent Acquisition (TA) support functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth execution of Background Verification (BGV), Offer Desk, Post-Offer Follow-Up (POFU), Onboarding, Employee Registration, and Reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong operational mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in driving process efficiencies within a fast-paced environment. What you will do: Manage the day-to-day operations of TA support functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for BGV, Offer Desk, POFU, and onboarding activities.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high standards of service delivery.Identify and address bottlenecks, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.Act as the primary liaison between TA recruiters, HR teams, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring operations.Resolve escalations related to offer rollouts, onboarding issues, or BGV delays while maintaining a candidate-centric approach.Provide regular updates on operational performance, process changes, and technology enhancements to relevant stakeholdersLeverage HR tech tools, ATS, and reporting systems to improve TA operational workflows.Work closely with IT and TA leadership to automate manual processes and enhance data accuracy in hiring operations.Identify opportunities for digital transformation, including self-service tools for candidates and recruiters.Lead and mentor a team of TA Coordinators and Specialists, ensuring high engagement and performance.Provide training and support to improve process knowledge and efficiency.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. The skills you bring: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, or Shared Services.5+ years of experience in Team HandlingStrong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and HR technology tools (ATS, HRIS, etc.)Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven TA operations efficiently.
