Job Overview:

Support and Monitoring Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Daily Data Analysis:

• Execute complex SQL queries to conduct in-depth data analysis.
• Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies to proactively address potential issues.

Effective Communication:

• Collaborate with partners and the Customer Care team to address requests related to complaints or logs/history acquisition.
• Provide clear and concise communication on the status of investigations and resolutions.

Back-End Testing and Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers and other teams to identify operational issues.
• Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Analytical Skills:

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to track and analyze cases with suspected issues comprehensively.
• Take ownership of issues, avoiding unnecessary escalation to other teams whenever possible.
• Exhibit the capability to learn and work in a sophisticated domain, adapting quickly to changes and challenges.

Quality Assurance Advocate:

• Push back when necessary to ensure that the overall quality of our systems is never compromised.
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong SQL Skills:

• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries with a focus on performance optimization.
• Solid experience with MS-SQL.

Software Development Knowledge (C#.NET):

• Fundamental understanding of C#.NET for effective collaboration with development teams.
• Maintain and improve monitoring tools and systems.

Software Development Experience:

• Background in software development, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of system architecture.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with ElasticSearch and NoSQL databases.
