What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Supply Chain / Procurement Manager, you’ll keep the solar engine running with just the right mix of precision and persuasion:

1.   Procure solar EPC materials — modules, inverters, cables, structures, BOS — from the best in the business.

2.   Manage and nurture supplier relationships across states and projects.

3.   Forecast demand and maintain healthy inventory (panic-free zones only).

4.   Negotiate like a pro — timelines, pricing, and specs that work for everyone.

5.   Track logistics and prevent “container lost in transit” mysteries.

6.   Collaborate across design, finance, and execution teams.

7.   Monitor trends in pricing, policy, and tech to stay one step ahead.

What You’ll Bring:

1. 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in solar EPC.
2. Strong command of procurement processes, vendor management & cost analysis.
3. Knowledge of GST, customs, import/export — bonus for international sourcing.
4. Solid analytical and forecasting skills (Excel warriors welcome).
5. Proficiency in SCM software/ERP tools.
6. Degree in Engineering, SCM, or relevant discipline.
7. Excellent communication, teamwork, and negotiation chops.
