Job Description: Must have expertise in Solar PV Power Plants, equipment layouts, design calculation for equipment sizing, and standards. They should handle SLD, cable routing, and protection systems while ensuring coordination with other engineering disciplines. · Generation Estimate & Solar PV Power Plant Design, Earthing, lightning & Cable sizing calculation, Solar Module selection, string & Inverter sizing and monitoring system. · Visit job sites for feasibility study, project development, installation progress, punch-points, etc. · Use performance modelling software to predict energy output, optimize system design and assess the financial viability of projects. · Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation for materials, labor and installation. · Provide technical support during installation and commissioning. · Monitor and optimize system performance. · Create detailed CAD drawings and solar layouts. · Preparation of complete electrical, mechanical and structural design Execute utility connection requirements · Preparation of technical specification for equipment. · Work closely with BD & Procurement team to offer best solutions for each projects. Create graphical representations of energy production systems. Skills Required: · AutoCAD · PVsyst · Helioscope · Solar energy modelling · Electrical design and Electrical Analysis · Site assessment · Analytical skills (shading and orientation optimization using tools like Google SketchUp or solar Pathfinder) · Data analysis Remuneration will be at par with the industry standards.
