We are looking for bright, intelligent & upbeat individuals who would love the excitement of a start-up environment. We’d love for you to join us as a Strategic Alliances & Operations Associate to build strong relationships with our medical partners and ensure the seamless, high-quality delivery of our new B2C health services (dental services, weight management, mental health) to parents and children.

This role is for someone who is truly excited about building and optimizing operational processes, and somebody who is obsessed with delivering a smooth experience for both our medical partners and our valued parents.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for owning the lifecycle of our medical partnerships and the operational excellence of our B2C health services.

The core ownership areas will be:

• Partner Network Development:

  Identify, onboard, and establish strong, lasting relationships with a diverse network of qualified medical professionals (e.g., dentists, nutritionists, therapists) across various specialties.

• Relationship Management:

  Act as the primary liaison for all medical partners, ensuring their deep understanding of HealthSetGo’s vision, services, and operational guidelines. Proactively engage with partners to ensure high satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Operational Workflow Design & Execution:

  Work with the team to design, implement, and optimize efficient operational workflows for service booking, scheduling, data exchange, and payment processing for new health services.

• Service Quality Assurance:

  Monitor the quality of services delivered by partners, gather feedback from parents, and implement corrective actions or improvements to ensure an exceptional user experience.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track key operational metrics and partner performance data daily, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Seamlessly collaborate with the Product & Growth, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure new services are launched smoothly and supported effectively.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience:

  2-3 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or partnership/vendor management, ideally within the healthcare, wellness, or a service-oriented B2C industry.

• Relationship Building:

  Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders, particularly professional service providers (e.g., doctors, clinics).

• Operational Excellence:

  Proven project deliverables which drove operational efficiency or improved service delivery.

• Communication:

  Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English. Can effectively express his/her thoughts clearly and professionally. Great people skills, essential for partner interaction.

• Problem-Solving:

  A proactive and analytical bend of mind to identify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.

• Tools:

  Comfort with CRM or partner management systems, project management tools, and data tracking (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards).

• Mindset:

  Have a 0-1 mindset, embracing the challenge of building new processes from scratch.
