• Strong Knowledge on HP Storage (HPE MSA), NetApp Storage, CommVault, DELL Networker and Data domain Troubleshooting Issues

• Deploy, configure, and administer NetApp storage systems (ONTAP, AFF, FAS, E-Series)
• Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of NetApp environments.
• Manage storage provisioning, snapshots, replication (SnapMirror, SnapVault), and backup integration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot storage performance and availability issues.
• Implement and maintain data protection and disaster recovery strategies.
• Work with cloud-based NetApp solutions (e.g., Cloud Volumes ONTAP, FSx for ONTAP, StorageGRID).
• Automate storage tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Python).
• Collaborate with network, server, and application teams to support infrastructure needs.
• Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based change and incident management processes.
• Administer and manage HPE MSA storage arrays (MSA 2060, 2050, Gen6/Gen7).
• Configure and maintain storage pools, RAID groups, volumes, snapshots, and replication.
• Integrate MSA storage with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Collaborate with server, network, and application teams to support business needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide L3 support for critical incidents.
• Design, deploy, and manage Commvault backup and recovery solutions across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Perform regular disaster recovery drills and maintain DR documentation.
• Optimize backup performance and storage utilization.
• Integrate Commvault with storage systems, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Maintain backup policies, schedules, and retention rules in line with business and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to ensure end-to-end data protection.
• Networker Configure, implement, and maintain backup and recovery systems and processes.
• Manage backup storage, including capacity planning and optimization.
• Monitor backup jobs, ensuring successful completion and alerting failures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backup-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of backup and recovery procedures and policies.
• Users requested restoration and monthly drill restores as on-site team request.
• Generate reports on backup performance and health systems.
• Document and share knowledge with other IT staff.
• Work with database administrators and other IT professionals to ensure effective backup and recovery processes.

• NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA).
• NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE).
• Commvault Certified Professional / Engineer / Master.
• AWS/Azure Associate-level certifications
