Position Title: Workday Functional Consultant Experience : 6+ yrs Type : Permanent – Full time Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Gather business requirements and design Workday solutions tailored to client needs. Configure and implement Workday modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Provide functional expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, or other modules. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT activities. Work closely with stakeholders, HR, IT teams, and vendors to deliver Workday enhancements. Assist in data migration, reporting, and security configuration. Provide end-user training and ongoing post-implementation support. Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of Workday functional experience, with at least one full-cycle implementation. Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting.
