Role – Sr salesforce Developer NP – Max 30 Days joiner preferred Job Description 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud ecosystem. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required); Developer II (preferred). Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Queueable Apex. Proficiency in JavaScript and strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP). Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components Experience with at least one of the following languages: Java, C# or Python. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Git. Demonstrated experience working with APIs and third-party app integrations. Experience leading or mentoring software development teams. Preferred Skills & Experience Prior experience re-engineering Salesforce configurations for enhanced workflows. Strong organizational and project management skills. Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Background in small business finance (a plus). Experience with Salesforce architecture design and security features. Familiarity with product development lifecycles, including go-live deployments.
