Sr. Sales Executive

Job Title:

Sales Executive cum Personal Assistant to CEO (Preferably Female)

Location: Ghaziabad

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Sales Executive cum Personal Assistant to work closely with our CEO, supporting both sales functions and executive tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, tech-savvy, and has a basic understanding of accounts and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development Support:

• Handle lead follow-ups and assist with customer relationship management.
• Prepare quotations, maintain order sheets, and assist with billing coordination.
• Help with sales data entry, reporting, and basic MIS.
• Conduct internet research and coordinate with vendors/partners.

Personal Assistant to CEO:

• Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and travel plans.
• Draft emails, prepare reports and presentations.
• Attend meetings when required and take notes/action items.
• Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage routine follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent command of English (written & spoken).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with basic accounting/invoicing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience as a PA or sales coordinator is a plus.
• Female candidates preferred due to role-specific requirements.
