Archer is a growing name in the building materials industry, specializing in premium MDF boards and allied products. We focus on delivering quality, innovation, and excellent service to our clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for MDF boards in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer base.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit control.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer service.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales of MDF boards, plywood, laminates, or similar building materials.
Strong network in the Mumbai and surrounding markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Good knowledge of local market dynamics.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
