Job role: We are seeking a Senior Quality Analyst with strong experience in both Manual and Automation Testing to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through rigorous testing processes, identifying bugs, and suggesting improvements. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases (manual and automated). Must have experience in logistic domain. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. Maintain and update automated test scripts and frameworks. Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies and efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance. Strong expertise in Manual Testing with solid understanding of testing methodologies. Proficiency in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. Experience in writing and maintaining test scripts for web and/or mobile applications. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins. ISTQB certification is a plus.
