Sr. Network Administrator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator with strong expertise in Linux, CI/CD, and network deployment. This role requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure, security management, and system deployment to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client interactions. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and optimize network hardware, software, and devices (routers, firewalls, switches, etc.) to ensure high availability and performance. Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to ensure the continuous operation of both internal and external systems. Implement and maintain network security protocols, including firewalls and VPNs, to protect data and network integrity. Manage and support Linux-based systems to ensure stable, reliable performance across the network. Oversee CI/CD pipeline automation for faster, more efficient deployment of network infrastructure and configurations. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless network configurations and systems deployment in cloud environments. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users and resolve networking issues promptly. Maintain clear and updated network documentation, including configurations, security policies, and troubleshooting guides. Work closely with international clients to understand requirements and ensure their network needs are met effectively. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in network administration with strong expertise in network hardware, routers, switches, and firewalls. Proficiency in Linux systems administration, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and optimization. Solid understanding of CI/CD, automation tools, and network deployment practices. Extensive experience in network security, VPN management, IP addressing, and routing protocols. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and international clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving network issues. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
