Summary
Location: Hyderabad HybridLead a team of Training and Learning associates. Main purpose is to successfully design and implement processes for the rollout of T&L operations team.Focus on customer expectations and ensure best practices and standardization on T&L processes.To enable and encourage the personal growth and curiosity of colleagues and contribute to the creation of a learning culture in the NO, in line with legislation, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives
About The Role
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Operational
- Ensure compliance of Training Quality system across NO.
- Ensure creation and maintenance of appropriate qualification requirements for tasks and roles within NO in order to support associate’s qualification
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of appropriate training interventions, to support associate’s qualification.
- Ensure efficient, effective and compliant use of the LMS across NO.
- Responsibility for supporting and managing E2E reporting process and on-time delivery of continuous, periodic reports.
- Where required, provide NO sites undergoing inspections and audits covering the Training Quality System with appropriate support
- Leading Training and Learning associates in the GOC in order to provide support to the processes related to Training quality system.
- Responsibility for personal, technical, functional and professional development of NO T&L team.
- Providing conditions for and control of the implementation of HSE tasks and requirements in the unit.
- Other tasks determined during the annual objectives setting process and by KPIs.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and tasks based on a specific appointment.
- Communicate company vision and values.
- Focus to create value to customer.
- Lead projects of productivity and efficiency for the T&L processes.

- Leads people processes through recruitment, training, coaching and performance to meet all operation requirements and supports a robust career path deployment and succession plan for area of responsibility.
- Invest time in personally developing and coaching talents.
- Actively support and promote talent exchange for the benefit of the individuals and organization.
- Support in identifying training for all in-scope associates.
- Ensure that associates are qualified for a GMP task prior to independent performance.
- Monitor overall training compliance for in-scope associates.
- Identify and maintain a list of subject matter experts for in-scope areas of expertise.
- Create a work environment that enables high employee engagement.
- Role model the culture aspiration of being Curious, Inspired and Un-bossed.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a Master's degree, in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration
- Min 8 years of experience from pharmaceutical industry preferably manufacturing Sites, 5 years of experience in field of GxP training & learning as a leader role.
- Proficiency in GxP, Audit Management, Quality Decision Making, and Inspection Preparedness
