Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a talented workforce that drives our company's success. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition : Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Screening & Interviewing : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Job Postings : Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers. Candidate Engagement : Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding : Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to HR leadership. Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 1 year in recruitment or a related HR role. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite. Knowledge : Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Working Hours & Days Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday Daily Hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Location : In-office (Lucknow) Compensation & Probation Salary Range : ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
