Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Kalyan Dombivli. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining supplier relationships, and overseeing purchase orders. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that all sourcing activities meet quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, evaluating supplier performance, and developing sourcing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier identification, selection, and management
• Proven skills in contract negotiation and cost efficiency
• Strong relationship-building and supplier management skills
• Proficiency in market research and supplier performance evaluation
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Kalyan Dombivli
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
