Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and expanding networks? Do you have a deep understanding of the real estate channel partner ecosystem? We’re looking for a Channel Partner Sourcing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our project’s success through strategic CP acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners for residential and commercial real estate projects.

* Develop and execute channel partner engagement plans and drive regular CP meetings, events, and training programs.

* Generate qualified leads through CP network and ensure conversion through coordination with the sales team.

* Monitor CP performance, ensure timely payouts, and build long-term business relations.

* Work closely with the marketing team to support partners with promotional tools and collaterals.

* Track market trends and competitor activity within the broker ecosystem.

### Requirements:

* Proven experience in channel partner sourcing and management in the real estate sector.

* Strong network of active brokers/channel partners, especially in \[mention area if relevant – e.g., Pune/Mumbai].

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
