What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective clients through calls, site visits, and in-person interactions
• Understand client requirements and recommend properties that meet their needs
• Showcase residential properties to potential buyers and investors
• Build strong relationships with customers and developers
• Plan sales strategies and execute them to meet monthly targets
• Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners
• Attend project briefings, sales training sessions, and site events
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
• Keep CRM and databases updated daily

What We’re Looking For

• 0–6 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience a plus)
• Strong communication, persuasion & interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with a knack for relationship-building
• Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
• Willingness to travel for site visits (own conveyance preferred)
• Graduate or MBA in any discipline

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
