Role Overview:

NanoVip

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement intuitive UI solutions for OmicsVeu’s instrument systems.
• Develop and maintain software for complex laboratory automation protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware engineers, scientists, product managers) to convert user needs into actionable software requirements.
• Perform rigorous software testing, debugging, validation, and documentation.
• Actively participate in all stages of software lifecycle—from conceptualization to deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in software development, ideally in laboratory automation, medical devices, or life sciences instrumentation.
• Proficiency in languages like VC++ with MFC, Python , C#, Java and modern UI frameworks on Windows or Linux platforms.
• Hands-on expertise in user-centric GUI development, automation control systems, and workflow software.
• Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Familiarity with regulated software development standards (ISO 13485, FDA guidelines) is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancements, intuitive design, and efficient lab workflows.
