Research Scientist

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Design and validate oligonucleotide probes for DNA and mRNA biomarker detection
• Analyze and interpret tissue staining results (IHC, ISH, FISH) using both manual microscopy and digital pathology platforms
• Optimize and validate staining protocols on fully automated systems (e.g., immunostainers, in situ hybridization platforms)
• Ensure assay precision, sensitivity, and reproducibility across singleplex and multiplex workflows
• Maintain compliance with ISO 13485, US FDA regulations, and cGMP practices
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to support product development and scalability
• Contribute to documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory and quality standards

🧬 Ideal Candidate

• MSc or PhD in

  Molecular Pathology

  , Molecular Biology, or Life Sciences
• OR several years of experience in a high-throughput

  histopathology lab

• Strong command of

  IHC, ISH, and FISH

  assay development and troubleshooting
• Skilled in

  oligo probe design

  and

  protocol optimization

• Comfortable working with

  automated imaging and staining platforms

• Familiar with regulated

  quality systems and documentation practices
