Full Stack Java Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy a full-stack web platform from the ground up
• Architect scalable backend services using

  Java (Spring Boot)

• Build clean, responsive frontend interfaces using

  React.js / Angular / Vue.js

• Set up databases, user authentication, and admin dashboards
• Collaborate with program leads to integrate learning journeys, progress tracking, assignments, and mentorship tools
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Own the full development lifecycle—from planning and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance

Tech Stack (Preferred):

• Backend:

  Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

• Frontend:

  React.js (preferred), HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Database:

  PostgreSQL / MongoDB

• DevOps:

  Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS or similar cloud services

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in

  Java and Spring Boot

• Experience building scalable web apps from scratch
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC frameworks, and database design
• A builder’s mindset: you love creating systems that work and scale
• Startup experience or ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bonus: Experience with ed-tech platforms, admin dashboards, or learning management systems
