Job Title: Technical Manager – Software Development Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead and mentor our software development team. This is a hybrid role requiring both strong technical skills and leadership abilities to deliver robust, scalable web applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and developers. Define technical architecture and oversee software design. Manage project timelines, team capacity, and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps). Ensure code quality, adherence to industry best practices, and continuous improvement. Identify technical risks and resolve them proactively. Support team hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. 5+ years of hands-on software development experience. 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of full-stack development and system architecture. Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Agile/Scrum project management experience. CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud Deployment knowledge. Experience with code review, version control, and scalable software systems.
