Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

About Us

We’re now looking for an SMO Specialist who’s not just good at social — but strategic, analytical, and insanely curious about trends, audiences, and what makes content click.

What You'll Do

• Optimize content for engagement across all major platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & more
• Analyze performance metrics and create action plans that actually work
• Develop and execute strategies that boost followers, reach, and engagement
• Stay on top of trends, algorithm updates, and tools — and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing pros to run campaigns that stand out
• Understand audiences and tailor strategies using targeting, A/B testing & insights

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in social media optimization
• Deep knowledge of social platforms and their algorithms
• Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Suite, or GA
• Strategic thinker with strong reporting and data skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and love for learning
• Bonus: You can think visually, write smart captions, and pitch creative ideas on the fly
